My name is Jonas Bengtson, and I run the advisory firm Gestus v/ Jonas Bengtson.

I offer strategy and leadership consulting, team and 1:1 coaching, and training in problem-solving. My approach is grounded in the real-world context and challenges of each organization or team.

My style is inquisitive, engaging, and dialogue-driven. I work with attention to both structure and relationships, and I believe that lasting change is created through shared reflection, ownership, and clear decisions.

Professionally, I bring ~12 years of leadership experience from A.P. Moller – Maersk A/S, ~5 years as a consultant with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and 20 years of teaching experience with Aspiri A/S.

Through Gestus, I help people and organizations navigate complexity and foster development that can be both felt and measured.
